  1. Custom Content, Confidentiality, and Public Sharing

Because our work is personal, we treat creative intake details with care.

Your creative intake (“Story”)
We use your story details and preferences to create your deliverables and support your order. We limit access internally to those who need it to do the work.

Our marketing use of your deliverables
We will not publicly share your song, story, name, or identifying details for marketing without your explicit permission (for example, opt-in at checkout or written consent).

Your own posting rights
Whether you can post your deliverables publicly depends on your package (Signature vs. Heirloom/Sonic Branding) and is governed by the Terms of Use. This Privacy Policy addresses data handling, not ownership rights.

If you subscribe or opt in, we may send promotional emails using Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send transactional messages (for example, order confirmations, delivery notifications, or support responses).
